Free Services

Our basic celebration planning quiz and initial personalized guide are provided free of charge. As these services are complimentary, no refunds are applicable for free content.

Premium Consultation Services

For premium consultation services, we offer the following refund conditions:

• Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no consultation has been provided
• 50% refund within 14 days if you are not satisfied with our initial consultation
• No refund after 30 days from the date of purchase

Digital Products

For digital celebration guides and planning materials:

• Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase
• Products must not have been fully downloaded or accessed
• Refund requests must include a valid reason

Refund Process

To request a refund:

• Contact us at celebrate@rajasthani-hub.com within the applicable refund period
• Include your order number and reason for refund
• Allow 5-10 business days for processing
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

• Customized celebration plans created specifically for your event
• One-on-one consultation sessions that have been completed
• Services purchased more than 30 days ago
